For Sundance Lakes RV Resort: This was our 3rd stay at Sundance. We enjoyed it in the past. This trip, we called in December to inquire about available services due to last fall’s hurricane. We were told all facilities would be repaired by the time we arrived. However, no facilities ( laundry, showers, toilets) were open. All still closed due to hurricane damage. When I asked at the front desk why nothing was repaired, they rudely denied ever telling me repairs would be complete. When I suggested that they provide a site map when tapping reservation information to the front door for Saturday arrivals, I was rudely told that I should arrive in a weekday. Also, be aware that the weekly rate is only for 6 nights. They consider that a week. When I challenged the higher 7 th night fee I was sent to the managers office. During what was another rude discussion, I suggested we question whether we would return a next year, the manager said he hopped we would not. Although the park residents are very friendly, we will never return to Sundance Lakes, or any other park managed by that WilderRV owns. They apparently manage a number of parks throughout the south.

CapN D

For Sundance Lakes RV Resort: Very pleased with this park. About 2/3 of park are park models (fixed structures ) that are well kept and clean for the most part. The RV sites are grass with a concrete patio pad. The streets are fairly wide and sites are not as close as other parks in the area. Close shopping , restaurants , and many outdoor activities . Very active community with many activities for residents . We booked an additional week and may book a longer winter stay next year.

Al

For Sundance Lakes RV Resort: Read some reviews and was really tricked. This is CLEARLY not an RV park. It is a mobile home park with essentially no amenities for travelers. Not even a picnic table or an actual pad. Just grass. The site they assigned to me had the power box broken and it was on the wrong side. I strongly suspect it wasn’t functional. To their credit, we looked around the park and found a site that would work. There is no WiFi or cable TV. However at $80/night one would expect something. No such luck. I definitely do not recommend this park. Nothing to recommend it at all.

For Sundance Lakes RV Resort: We really enjoyed this park. Lots to do. We just had a lobster dinner organized by the park volunteers. We will be back again next year.
