For Olancha RV & Mobile Home Park: Stopped here on the way home to dump. Very friendly staff and easy to get to pull through dump. If you stop here go to the cafe to let them know you want to dump. Someone will show you where the dump is. The fee was $20. Definitely would stop here again. The Cafe looked like it had a great menu. Someday we’ll eat there

For Olancha RV & Mobile Home Park: NOTES ON LAKE OLANCHA RV PARK We stayed April 8-12, 2023 in our Class C RV Crisp clean air with perfect views of seemingly up-close snowcapped mountains stretching for several miles. Very stunning. Local lake surrounding camp sites is lovely with various types of bird life. Also noted small butterflies & dragon flies. Our 2-year-old poodle loved it as he had free reign of the area and enjoyed dipping into the lake, sipping water, and swimming. Camp sites (we had #20) have full hook ups and are close together. Sties are very long, separated by in ground railroad ties, and can accommodate any length of RV combinations. There is no shrubbery of any sort between sites. Each site also has a 4-foot diameter circular corrugated metal rim that would serve as a container for camp fires. The camp area was mostly vacant when we were there, so site closeness was not an issue for us. Camp host (Eric) was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Entire area was of fine sandy-type gravel which found its way into our Class C RV, especially having an active dog. Reminds us of beach camping. Our broom got a workout. Internet connectivity was excellent and AT&T mobile connections were fine. This is clearly an older RV park with much differed maintenance on cottages and wooden fencing. Zip line is not useable. Paddle boats & canoes are available. There are three large double decker patio areas along the lake front which are in a lovely setting having great views of the lake and snowcapped mountain range, but they need attention. It is apparent that much effort has been put into this RV Park as water, electricity & waste port are in brand spanking new condition. This RV Park is seemingly a work in progress and has much great future potential, especially considering its proximity to local attractions and points of interest. The park is off a ways from the 395 but we never heard any traffic sounds. Overall, it was always quiet and peaceful. Older mature trees were just sprouting their green spring buds. New saplings are planted both at the front and rear of each campsite. We view this RV Park as very scenic and rustic and enjoyed our stay.

Steve

For Olancha RV & Mobile Home Park: Pleasant place to stay where other campsites are sparse. A little bit funky, needs lots of Maintenence updates, but very nice staff. Everything we needed worked fine. Right next to I-395, but not that noisy at night. Paid $49. No discounts accepted.

John Springer

For Olancha RV & Mobile Home Park: Clean. Rooomy pull-throughs. Restaurant on site. I was glad to stop here after long hot drive up 395. Only negative is it’s next to Highway so constant traffic noise.

Leanny

For Olancha RV & Mobile Home Park: Manager was nice but the power needs some updating or fixing. Use a surge protector here or don't plug in.
