For Truckee River RV Park: This campground is in a very beautiful setting. We were glad they could accommodate us for 1 night. The majority of the spaces are filled with people living there. The office staff was friendly. The store is nice and they have a deli that was cooking good food when we checked in. They actually sell gas at the campground which is nice because there are no stations nearby. They had restrooms but they were all locked when we went to use them. It might be the time of year. We enjoyed the beauty of the campground.

For Truckee River RV Park: Never been here but they don't take reservations for overnight until they know there's no long term person who want's the site.

For Truckee River RV Park: OVER priced for what you get. Overlooks I80, noisy, and occassional RR. Sites are fairly level and paved. Restrooms at our end were closed and office didn't tell us...too far to walk to other RR at front of park. Many longterm campers. Road through park is convoluted. We stayed 2 nites and drove the loop around Lake Tahoe...wonderful...and toured historic Truckee...cool place.

For Truckee River RV Park: Nice campground but hilly, convoluted and noisy. Not bad for a short stay. Beautiful river nearby. Staff could be friendlier...

Sonoma Girl
For Truckee River RV Park: Stayed here one night in a travel trailer. Nice paved pad and road on grounds. Clean and neat. A mix of regulars and travelers. Only complaint is the traffic noise which isn't a reflection of the park- just how it is so close to freeway. Hookups were great- bathrooms was reasonably clean but wish they would install better lighting- very dark. Friendly staff. We would stay here again as a stop over.
