For Juniper Campground: Clean bathrooms, amazing view, grass, level lots, full hookup, great price. From Michigan to Napa, CA and back this is one of our favorite campgrounds. We recommend you arrange your itinerary with a stop here.

RV Family
For Juniper Campground: We reserved 7 nights. There was no one there to check us in when we got there, so we pulled into our reserved site and started setting up just to learn that the 30 amp power was not working, so we only had a 110 plug in. That was annoying, but we were trying to make do until the sewer started overflowing onto our site. 😡 We contacted the host to find out that the sewer had been an ongoing problem. They asked us to move and offered a small discount. We moved to another site with 50 amp power. The next day there was apparently a scheduled power outage while the power company worked on a power line. No one had informed of this so, we were not only out of power all day, but we also had no water because we hadn’t had a warning to fill up our RV tanks before the outage. It was a hot day with no A/C and no water. We were exhausted and ready to go home. I called and asked for a refund for the nights we would not be using. The host was rude and grumpy and repeatedly told me it wasn’t his job to refund me. I was annoyed and hung up on him because I don’t have the emotional stamina to deal with toxic people. Also the guy mowing the lawn came and asked us to move all of our chairs, so he could mow our site. Because my little kids were currently playing on the lawn and the RV was a sauna without power, I told him no. I have never had a campground water or mow a site when we were still in it. I will say that the campground was relatively clean and the grass was green (although our camp chairs got soaked in the sprinklers). The juniper trees resemble overgrown sage brush. I am not planning on going back. I think the only reason to go there is if you have a boat that you want to use on the reservoir.

For Juniper Campground: Excellent campground on the edge (literally) of Ririe Reservoir. Large, shaded sites with full hookups at a very reasonable price ($25), especially given the region. Verizon service at 2-3 bars (LTE).

For Juniper Campground: Great place except for weekend with lots of families. Site 1 has a basketball court that is used as a playground and is really noisy. Showers are adequate but need updating.

For Juniper Campground: Busy on weekends, but not on weekdays. Very well maintained. Dark and quiet at night (not a lot of streetlights shining in your rig windows). Nicely spaced sites. $18/night ($16 with Senior America the Beautiful pass).

For Juniper Campground: Excellent campground, very clean and secluded on a reservoir - we stayed late April and it wasn't too busy but on the weekends I highly recommended to reserve in advance. As of April 2016 the price is $18 for full hookups.
