For Yukon Discovery Lodging & RV: Our favorite campground in this region. Pricey yes, but they provide hookups in the middle of nowhere! And they have lovely, well maintained sites. Worth the stop imho.
They usually open by mid May and close by mid September, I believe. They are very responsive if you call or email (submit a query) from their website; worth checking their status if you are traveling in the shoulder seasons.

North American Nomad
For Yukon Discovery Lodging & RV: While driving the Alaska Highway northbound, we stopped here to take a shower (available 24 hours/day for purchase by campground guests and non guests). This campground is nice, but it is expensive, I think it was ~$70/night. Imo, it doesn’t justify the price, so we decided to stay elsewhere. The private shower rooms were small, but very clean and HOT. Overhead showerhead. Water pressure/flow average. However, $1 / 2 min is more expensive than we’ve seen elsewhere, the coin machine only takes loonies, the coin machine doesn’t give you an alert when you’re about to run out of time (common for coin operated showers), the coin machine faces away from the shower, so it’s a little awkward to reach around to deposit another coin for more time while in the shower, and there is no way to adjust water temperature (we would’ve actually preferred to turn it down a little). Overall an above average experience, but for the price, 3 stars.

FalconRVpitstop
For Yukon Discovery Lodging & RV: Great stop, nice people, very friendly. Level, wide, gravel sites. It was cool with a breeze, so did not need A/C, we had windows open. A little noisy from highway, but we were in 1 row, did not have a reservation, they found us a spot. Will stop again.

TimandJane
For Yukon Discovery Lodging & RV: We had a great stay. Sites are wide and level with grass areas between. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The old machinery and equipment is a nice look into past history of the Alaskan Highway. Electricity is produced through a generator so the only options are 20 and 30 amps. We highly recommend stopping here.

For Yukon Discovery Lodging & RV: This was a gorgeous and well-groomed campground. Sorry we only had time for an overnight stay. The only place to use WiFi is in their office.

polanna
For Yukon Discovery Lodging & RV: Great RV campground near main road, but somehow quiet. We planned to stay two nights, decided to stay an extra night. We had a great site next to the grass Landing Strip which was never used while we were there. Owner was very friendly and helpful, even loaning us an air horn for our walk along the river. We would highly recommend this peaceful place. We stayed in a travel trailer in July 2016.

Hank
For Yukon Discovery Lodging & RV: This is a great campground. Campsites are well manicured and well-kept.we asked for a 30 amp site and got it with no problem. This campground is completely off the grid and his run with a generator that runs continuously but you barely hear it. No Wi-Fi no cable and no cell service.we loved it. Owners are courteous and accommodating. Suggest you top off your tank before you head to this campground. It's really nice to find a campground where it's so obvious how much the owners care about their customers and their property. Find a reason to camp here. You won't regret it!
