For CM Natures Own RV Resort: Nice clean tight space for your rigs. Laundry is reasonably priced and well equipped. Hot tub and pool not so great.

For CM Natures Own RV Resort: Facility is getting old and it’s time reinvest in this property. The RV sites are tightly packed. Hot tub 85 degrees in sleep mode and the shower for the hot tub was spraying water all over the place because of a leak. Pool was not heated tables were rusted in the covered seating area next to the pool. The staff was nice and knowledgeable about the area. They worked hard to keep things clean.

For CM Natures Own RV Resort: Sites are extremely nice and well kept. I arrived tired after a week stranded at Corpus Freightliner due to engine failure and just wanted a place to pull in to. I had a poorly managed communication with the young lady at front desk who eventually ask me to leave if I wouldn’t fill out all of the registration form. (I didn’t have my glasses and couldn’t see to write) well I ended up yelling and was caught not knowing how expensive the site was plus a 2.5 % charge for using credit card. I will not stay there again.

For CM Natures Own RV Resort: 40’ MH. Nice find. Convenient. Well maintained. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

For CM Natures Own RV Resort: Nice clean park. Very nice pull thrus with concrete pads and 50A service.

For CM Natures Own RV Resort: The RV Park was nice. The staff was very friendly. The sites were quite level and accommodated our 30 trailer and truck. The sites are close together. There are many permeate residents living in the park. The areas around a lot of their trailers looked busy and messy. This detracted from the overall appearance. The common areas up front were neat and clean and well maintained. Showers/restrooms were nice and clean. I cannot comment on the clubhouse in the back. I did not visit it. The location of the park was convenient to the college and the naval air station.

For CM Natures Own RV Resort: This was a great rv park! Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean park with good size sites. Hot tub was great. Laundry and clubhouse very clean and nice!
