For Caribou RV Park: Recent stay for two nights at Caribou RV Park, approx. eight miles South of Whitehorse on the Alaska Highway. Caribou is under new ownership and management from a wonderful couple, Stephen and Sandra, from Luxembourg. The campsite is immediately adjacent to the highway and despite much traffic during the day was not an issue for us. Road traffic was minimal after 9pm. The owners are in the process of upgrading the combination showers and restrooms but all facilities were very clean and functional. Showers are free. Multiple washers and dryers in the laundry, also well maintained. Only minor issue was the close proximity of campsites to fellow campers in the main center of campground. Pressure washing RV station is available as well. Also, a short walking distance away is the Wolfs Den Restaurant, serving a delicious selection of a Swiss/Bavarian menu as well as local cuisine. Will be staying here again on our return trip from Alaska.

For Caribou RV Park: Stayed here on my month long trip up the ALCAN, summer 2018. Park was clean with a good amount of full hook ups available. Wasn’t too crowded but you will want to request a back in spot. The pull through were so close together our neighbors slide was only a few feet from our front door. The back ins had a lot more space and seemed more private. If it’s still open, you have to go to the on-site restaurant, The Wolfs Inn. It’s a little pricey but the food (German) was very good!

For Caribou RV Park: First the good: clean washrooms and nice laundry room. The owner was terrific. But campers packed in like sardines.

For Caribou RV Park: Nice RV park. Clean, places to walk the dog, friendly, and good ice cream. Sites are tight, but they do have trees throughout.

For Caribou RV Park: We enjoyed our stay! The people were nice and the facilities were clean. The restaurant next door was fantastic and you get a discount with your stay at the park.

For Caribou RV Park: This is a clean and well maintained campground about 10 miles east of Whitehorse. We are tent campers, and there were many tent sites to choose from that were all level and had a nice amount of tree cover. The only drawback to many of the sites was that there wasn't much privacy or separation from neighboring sites. The big pluses of the campground was that it had a laundromat, an area to wash cars, and nice bathrooms. There are four bathrooms that each have their own private sink, toilet, and shower. The only drawbacks to the campground besides the lack of privacy is that the store is not well-stocked, the Wi-fi offered for free is only like 50 MB and after that you are charged for it, and there are some sarcastic and snippy notices up in the bathrooms and in the laundry area about guests needing to limit their shower time and be polite to the workers at the campground, which just rubbed me and my husband the wrong way. But other than those small things, this was a very nice place to camp.
