For Fort Caspar Campground: Barely a 3... very friendly people, clean facilities, kids play area. The tent area is nice - shaded little corrals. The RV area is just a crowded parking lot. Okay if you need to crash for a night and plan to stay inside your RV

For Fort Caspar Campground: Accommodating, but gnarly. Zero shade. Fine as an overnight, but not a place you want to stay very long.

For Fort Caspar Campground: Yes, many working permanents here, sites not too big. Staff is friendly, pull-throughs are good for one or two night's stay. Wouldn't pay full price, but Passport America is a good bargain at $20 a night (can stay two nights).

For Fort Caspar Campground: Definitely a workers campsite but the staff was friendly

Mister K
For Fort Caspar Campground: This is a worker camp full of pickup trucks and 5th wheel trailers, including beer parties. Our site had four pickup trucks that had to be moved before we could park and they didn't move far.
