For Rifrafters Campground: My wife and I stayed for two nights on our way south. Cannot recommend it enough. Owner is a great guy, makes you feel at home and you can tell he really cares about the place. Bathrooms are modern and spotless, wifi is strong and they have a ton of digital cable channels. Grounds are clean and well maintained Close to New River Gorge and white rafting.

For Rifrafters Campground: Very nice. Owner is wonderful. Very close to New River Gorge and Fayetteville. Nice bathhouse. Lots of trails/woods roads for walking your dog. You do have the sound of the highway, although you aren't right up to it. Very well maintained as of fall 2014. If you want full hookups near NRG, this is the place.
