For Hampton Summer Wind RV Park: Good location, only 3 rigs here now, including us. Not many site real level. We are in a class A and assigned C11, it worked for us. Other fairly level sites are C3 and C4. Easy to get here, right off 64. Close to the Gorge and the Greenbrier. Better prices than alternatives at $50 per night. Road noise to be expected but not terrible.

For Hampton Summer Wind RV Park: Thankfully we're only spending one night here. The sights are super close together. There's only a walking path between sights. Not impressed.

J

For Hampton Summer Wind RV Park: Reasonably priced RV park, clean, and great views. Pull through sites with full hookups and 30 or 50 amp electric. Several commented that it is quiet but lots of traffic noise from I-64 unless you have something running like a noise machine or your own A/C. Great view though no shade at the actual sites. It’s not a campground per se. Would stay again for a quick one night stop over. Can’t beat the location.

Noah

For Hampton Summer Wind RV Park: August 2020-stayed here for one night while traveling through WV. Great hospitality and cheap rate for the night. Clean, quite and had full hook ups and amazing view. Right of the interstate. 44’ fifth wheel.

Kansas duo

For Hampton Summer Wind RV Park: I found at least two of the previous reviews very helpful and accurate! It would have been nice if our entire row were more level. FHU ! + Wi-Fi = $32 very easy on off I-64. Nice grass and gravel. Many full timers but all seemed friendly with kids and nice rigs. No picnic tables (okay by me)

Common Traveler

For Hampton Summer Wind RV Park: Russel is no longer here as he is battling bone cancer, he covets our prayers! The CG has been sold and some changes have been made. They are filling up with full timers.😕. If you call and get the owner she may have a slot for an over nighter, may not! Still a nice area, with great views! They have added more sites and they are too close. You can’t put your awnings out and with no shade that is bad. The new end cap site is not facing out which is a huge mistake. The px# above is still Russell. Still an easy in and easy out!
