For River Run - North Bend State Park: A nice state park although the lodge and restaurant was closed for renovation and the laundry is up at the adjacent upper campground about 3 miles away. There a lot of older trees here which makes for shade and a nice playground for the kids. It is an easy 1 mile walk to the railroad trail with its 3 tunnels (only went through the first one) and enjoyed the 2nites here in a 35 foot Sprinter Class C. If I return to the area I would try the adjacent Cockley campground Foy flits newerits newer facilities.

For River Run - North Bend State Park: Best thing about this campground is the awesome 5G wifi. I spotted many wifi transmitters throughout the campground. At the end of September it was very quiet and peaceful. Lots of trails ranging from short, easy and level to long and difficult.

For River Run - North Bend State Park: Very nice campground for families. Great place for children to ride bikes. Now have electric and water hookup. Bath house and showers are clean. Mini golf needs updated not in good shape. Nice swimming pool. All and all a good place to camp.

Kevin
For River Run - North Bend State Park: Great campsite on river. Good bathrooms and showers although not many so can be over run if busy. Large spacious electric only sites. Area is fantastic. Good hiking and biking along an old railway track that has been repurposed. Through tunnels and over bridges. A good lodge in the park with internet and a very good home cooking type restaurant. A very good place over all.
