For Medford City Park: NOT first come first served as noted in description. We stopped there twice, once on a Friday and once on a Wednesday. Both times there were city cones in front of any and all open sites. We called the city and apparently they had them reserved for others. Really disappointing as we were looking forward to visiting the place that my Grandpa Thaxter Shaw grew up. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning for the third strike.

Glamper Camper
For Medford City Park: Pros: Paved site, water & electric $15 per night , alongside River, biking path, 5G cell service Cons: constant vehicle traffic going by campsite, no privacy between sites, my 28ft class C just fit onto paved site, not big rig friendly, transient person hanging out with his bag and bicycle presumably charging his phone drinking beer one site over

Utterosa
For Medford City Park: In Aug 2016 on a 3 month cross country RV trip, starting in Calif, this was the most beautiful stop to date. $15 a night; you pay cash and deposit in a pipe. The grounds look like a botanical garden with lovely walking paths. On Thurs/Fri nights in mid-August we were the only campers. Highly recommended.
