For Central Wisconsin State Fairground Campground: Allstays says there are 500 sites, but it's actually more like 50. We were here Sept 18-20, 2017, and there were only one or two other campers here at any time. Campsites are on grass, and ours had electric and water for $20/night. Enter the campground through Gate A. Register and pay in the building by the round barn during regular business hours. You can check out a key for the showers, which are clean. I suggest calling the number for the Fairgrounds on the Allstays app to get more detailed instructions, as finding your way around can be confusing. Everyone was friendly and helpful; we hope to come here again. Pet friendly.
