For Blackhawk Lake Recreation Area Iowa County Park: Very nice campground. If you are passing thru Wisconsin know that the state parks charge you an entrance plus a doubled camping fee if you are not a Wisconsin resident. This place here did not do that. It was $28 for electric. Very fair I thought. We got a woodsy site which is what we like. Sites are nicely spaced.

For Blackhawk Lake Recreation Area Iowa County Park: Very nice staff and well kept park. Campground is grass, open and most sites have little shade. Sites are well spaced but many are not level. Very nice restrooms. Park has beach area and playground. Gnats were a big problem. We stayed the first weekend in June, 2017
P s there was a charge for an annual sticker or daily fee.
