For Harrington Beach State Park: Stayed in 100 series loop over Labor Day weekend 2024. The park is great. Short drive or hike to the lakefront which has a nice beach. The cell reception is not great but works. Cell signal is best at the top of the hill by the bathroom/shower house, which is newer. One of the nicer ones in the WI state parks. The shade from tree cover in the campground is poor due to the bugs killing all the ash trees. The sites are nicely spaced out with thick brush dividing in between. Will stay again.

For Harrington Beach State Park: Stayed a week here in a campsite without electricity. Wished I could’ve gotten into a site with power. Great location, quiet and peaceful. You hardly know anyone else is there. Clean shows and toilets. If you’re in a travel trailer fill your water tank at the dump station. There is potable water and a hose hook-up. Water stations elsewhere don’t have hose connections. If you’re out of state you need a state park pass (an extra $48). Book very early for choice sites. (Reservations allowed 11 months in advance). I’d come back.

For Harrington Beach State Park: We really like this park, sites are spacious and private. Very quiet park! Bathrooms clean and well kept, showers are private rooms, which is nice. But the water runs only when you press the button. There are plenty of trails for biking and hiking and the quarry lake is beautiful. I have seen a good number of wildlife, mink, rabbit and deer. Out of staters beware, you will be charged an entrance fee for each day you stay at the campground. This park, charges $11 per day so for a 4 night stay, it would have cost an additional $44 on top of camping reservation. We just bought the annual pass for $38 and will use that at another state park we plan to stay at. Potable water at dump station and there are water spigots throughout campground. And they recycle!

For Harrington Beach State Park: Excellent modern restrooms. Sites are well spaced with small shrubs between. There is an annual or daily park fee in addition to the camping fee.
