For KOA Winthrop: The people that work here are kind . However we just finished a cross country trip , we stayed in many KOA . This was by far the most expensive one , twice as much in some cases . I asked why and the woman said it was in line with the area . I wasn’t I checked . We were desperate it was late so we stayed . This camp was in lower end for upkeep , especially for the price . Will keep driving next time .

For KOA Winthrop: Typical KOA campground, small spaces, lots of big RVs, but very nice bathrooms! Premium site on river front was very sloped and difficult to access, moved to flat site on the side, no problem. Cute town of Winthrop to explore, but crowded on the weekend.

For KOA Winthrop: Best campground EVER! The sites were roomy (we have a 24ft Class C, with motorcycle trailer), we’ll kept campground. The bathrooms were SPOTLESS, the laundry brand new. The pool
Is great, good playground, and bouncy toy for kids. This is one of our FAVORITE campgrounds!
