For Panorama Point Campground: This is a beautiful, small campground with great ambience with all 14 sites having either water frontage or views. The lake is also very pretty, with emerald glacial water from the nearby mountains. Campsites are heavily wooded, with lots of moss. Very green most of the year. The camp host, Gene, is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of toilets and totable (not to fill a RV) water for drinking and cleaning. I would give this five stars, but did not due to lack of cell service and access to charge solar panels as this is dry camping only. There are also no hookups nor any sewage dump station in the vicinity. So, you must live with tent camping, try to manage power without sunlight (we have to use our generator but felt guilty as the setting is so serene), and have no access to dumping your unmentionables. They do provide trash service. We live about an hour away and this is for sure our go to area. We LOVE IT, but given the lack of certain services, it can’t get five stars. This is a spectacular place, but not big rig friendly, even though it might say so as most sites are not level. We came in a 30 foot class A and had to live with the best we could get leveling the RV manually. It is worth a visit, be prepared to compromise and unplug. They stock salmon in the lake so fishing in a boat is also good if you k now how to do it!
