For Millersylvania State Park: Came here in the second week of June, 2019. School was just getting out and the families were all out having a blast. This is a great park for families with a lake, hiking trails, big trees and sunshine. The RV sites are pretty basic, mostly pull throughs with some perimeter back ins. The tent sites looked super nice, all very shady and cool in the summer. RV sites varied depending on where you are parked. We had a partial shade spot, and it had grass. The drive way was not super level but we got it to work. Hookups were fine. This is a great location for those needing to be closer to metro Olympia. It is a short drive from this area making it perfect for busy parents. We don’t have kids, but we did have fun walking around and noticed that they had something we have never seen in a State Park: a beer and wine garden. We did not get our timing right to check that out when it was open. The area is in a forest so it really gave you the feel of being far away, when you weren’t that far away at all. Not sure I would come back, personally, but if you are parents or grand parents with kids, and need a convenient place, this is a great spot.

For Millersylvania State Park: Partial hook ups and nice big sites. There is a lake, but it’s too cold to swim this time of year. Got a pull through site in the woods with no one near us. I’ve heard it’s harder to get sites during the summer season so you’ll have to book early.
