For KOA Holiday Little Diamond: Forest, lake and good hiking trails! Fishing in a small lake that you don’t need a license to use, deer and turkeys everywhere. So no sewer hookups but in the forest to unwind. They do have two dump stations and good water pressure. We stayed in mid September and visited surrounding towns, even got to ride an old train along the River. Will stay again

For KOA Holiday Little Diamond: This is a very nice campground and I'm in site 41 for the week in my 43' fifth wheel. It's a TT/KOA mix but most of the sites are listed as TT use. This is a middle-of-nowhere style campground that has all of the basic needs for short to intermediate stays. THERE ARE NO SEWER HOOKUPS, but if you can live with that then you'll enjoy your stay. The dump station has easy access. They have a very nice dog park, the utilities (for the most part) seem to be recent in some areas, and the roads/sites are firmly packed gravel. The roads are better than most gravel packed campgrounds and if you're creative and have any talent at parking your rig, you can get some amazing sites. It's late in the season, so the store is only open on weekends. They have recently installed a new WiFi (paid) system and it seems to be very good, though coverage is not 100%. AT&T is 1-2 bars, Verizon is 1-2 bars, T-Mobile is 2-3 bars. Streaming on Verizon works, but every now and then (measured in hours) the data signal drops connection for several seconds. Perhaps a booster would fix this. I'm using the WiFi and it seems to be very good.

For KOA Holiday Little Diamond: We really like this campground. It is a combination Thousand Trails/ KOA facility. The two sections are not intermingled. The KOA sites are, for the most part, less secluded and less natural. They are located closer to the public areas than the Thousand Trail sites. The park does not have sewer hookups but good water and electric. There is a nice pool and hot tub area adjacent to the family lodge. The park is located a few miles outside Newport. Newport has anything you would need but retains the small town feel. Our site was a nice level gravel pull through that faces our view into a wooded area. We will stay here again in the area.

For KOA Holiday Little Diamond: This was a great campground. Sites were large and spread out. Water pressure was terrific. First campground we stayed in with an Adult only Hot Tub...yeah! Good public pool. Very friendly staff. One only WiFi Hotspot at the office which is being upgraded to Digital Hi Speed with several locations in the next month. Lake access for boats and limited swimming. Most sites are water and electric only. We had a full service site. We stayed over the July 4th weekend, KOA had lots of events scheduled. One of the best we've stayed in. Definitely would stay here again for multiple days.
