For Ponderosa Falls Resort: The reservation person Samantha was awesome so much so that we expected the park to be much nicer. Very tight fit for a 40 foot motorhome. When sitting outside you’re looking right at your neighbors dump & electrical hook up you may have 4 feet. Way overpriced for this location. We were in site R11

For Ponderosa Falls Resort: If you’re not a member, then steer clear. Showers not hot, pool closed during stay, and lots of long term campers. Head north to Northern Quest RV for a better place!

For Ponderosa Falls Resort: No return call for after hours 5pm request. Followed interstate RV signs met another RVer that had a reservation and no after hours instructions. Very poor first impression

For Ponderosa Falls Resort: The campground is OK, especially for RV that is less than 32 feet but the management is the worst We have come across. The Management does care about you-just money. There were campers that were allergic to wasps and these campers asked to be moved to another sight. There were many open sites. Management refused to move them. There were campers that management called them liars and trouble makers because they broke a rule while many campers were breaking the same rule. They actually called us rude because we ignored the owner's daughter since she was making nasty remarks about children. There were many lies that we caught them in but we let it pass. Campers beware! Campground is OK but if you are not best buds with the owner and the management then you could be asked to leave while others break rules.
