For Lake Sawyer Resort-Sunrise Resorts: Beautiful location, but park is seriously in need of a facelift. Sites are very tight, making it nearly impossible to use both a slide out and an awning. Bathrooms are old and the showers are a bit scary with dark, moldy looking rust holding the valves on. No internet. We couldn’t fit in to original full hook up site and when we opted for a water and electric only, they would not refund the difference. We were in the area for a dog event at Run Wild. One and done on this spot!

For Lake Sawyer Resort-Sunrise Resorts: Very friendly staff. Nice lake location. Poorly maintained facility all around. Electric service is faulty. Low voltage. Running my water heater and a few lights and I'm at 108 volts. Any more and my low voltage protection will trip. Tight spots. Only two washers and two dryers for 100+ sites. Internet service is a joke. 4G is spotty. They are also very strict about how you dump sewage at their full hookup sites due to it being on a septic system. Nice for a quick stop, but not good for a long stay.

For Lake Sawyer Resort-Sunrise Resorts: Nice setting, but ruined by the experience with management: No table on site? Tough luck! Internet an additional fee? Well, it only says available, and not "for free". Overall pricey for the lack of amemnities with 35 plus taxes.
Next Time we will avoid it!

For Lake Sawyer Resort-Sunrise Resorts: Rv park in need of some serious updating. Sites are very tight. If one has slides they are very close to your neighbor. Bathrooms are old but, clean. Grass is mowed and well taken care of. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful setting on the shore of Lake Sawyer. Stayed here in a pickup camper. Visiting family in the area.
