For Zion River Resort: Top notch RV resort. This has to be one of the nicest RV campgrounds I’ve ever stayed in. Paved roads, concrete RV pads, trees, grass, generous spacing, store, pool, spa, nice showers/bathrooms, Zion River access, etc. The folks working at the check-in desk & store were very nice & helpful. I should have scheduled & booked a longer stay here.

For Zion River Resort: What an amazing campground . Probably the nicest private RV park we’ve ever stayed in. Our site was right across from the pool . Paved and level. Grass and 2 shade trees. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

For Zion River Resort: Positives: very clean, friendly staff, keep guests up-to-date via email. Negatives: constant noise from highway traffic, expensive, WiFi is terrible and unreliable, lots of rules that are negative, smaller sites are gravel and no grass, sites are very narrow. I only stayed here because it is Labor Day weekend and I could not get a campsite in Zion. Would not stay here again

For Zion River Resort: This is the most I have ever spent on an RV site!! This place is amazing!!! I wish I could stay here for days to take advantage of all it has to offer. Lots of ATV and 4-wheelers. Lots of kids. But we were tucked away in site 65. Nice and quiet. Right by the WiFi tower! But I have to say You Can Not Stay here without horseback riding at Jacob’s Ranch. Zion Canyon Trail Rides are as great as any horse experience I have had.

For Zion River Resort: Trying to be fair, this is not the “resort†for people who need elbow room. It is, however, extremely well maintained and clean. If you look at a satellite image of the park you will see the pull through sites are in the middle of the park and each has concrete pad, grass, mature trees and a little gravel parking area. Great for Big Rigs. Along the outside are the back-in sites that are on gravel only, with mature trees next to sites in most cases. Excellent pool. Next to the highway, there are back-in sites with trees and 20 yard grass buffer and an eight foot high cinderblock wall to minimize the road noise. On the west side (back-in) there is the Virgin River with three foot high retention wall. On the south (back-in) there is a eight foot retention wall. Really a nice place for a commercial campground. However, I’m going to give it a three. I was there for a week and I was in a back-in on the south side. It felt like I was staying in a RV dealership in the middle of the desert. I doubt I’ll return but if I do, I’m going to make sure I get one of the pull-through sites in the middle and not on the end where the street lights are.

Justin
For Zion River Resort: My family of six travelled all week and stayed at 5 different RV parks traveling across Colorado, Moab, Zion, Grand Canyon, and Santa Fe National Forest. And the Zion River Resort was the best park we experienced. We drive a 40’ schoolie and had no problem fitting in the pull thru sites. Each spot has its own grass lawn and picnic table. Showers and laundry facilities were great and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool. But, above all, the host was extremely helpful and nice. His nickname was Steady and he routinely went out of his way to make sure you had a peaceful visit. I asked him where I could buy a kettle to boil water and he insisted I take his. I would recommend this park to anyone.

Thelights
For Zion River Resort: The best RV park we have stayed at - by far - and at a reasonable price for what you get. It was the first time we used a pool. Unlike the KOA, this was more adult then children.
Sites are all level gravel with good hookups and wifi. The was a nice common room adjacent to the pool with a secluded patio for relaxing. Staff were all help full and friendly.
We would definitely stay here again.
