For Simpson Springs Campground: Surprising nice BLM site just off old Pony Express trail. Area is pretty barren, but this is a small oasis. Sites are in excellent condition. 4 have large Cottonwoods for shade and most have juniper for small shade. Pavilion with 7-8 tent sites for large groups. Water is seasonal.
