For Hi-Road RV and Campground: Great location by east Zion gate but poorly kept up. Dirt and weeds are your site. Feels like a ghost park. Zion Tunnel has limit on size and times but the east road has best scenery.

For Hi-Road RV and Campground: 5/8/2024 Nice and getting nicer. Entrance being renovated, shops right across hwy. Great location coming into Zion from East. $63 full hookups. Great stars at night. Note East entrance to Zion has long tunnel with RV limitations .

For Hi-Road RV and Campground: OK stay here, but all in all it felt neglected. Check-in is across the road and doesnt seem like there’s much active management of the campground. One of the site’s had the water spigot running full blast when we arrived, and had clearly been going for awhile (the water had run down across the driveway about 1000ft). A big group of washing machines - but only one was functioning. No enforcement of quiet hours. Finally, even though we were informed about the tunnel into Zion when we made the reservation - we weren’t warned about the $15 fee! A bit frustrating.

Cindy
For Hi-Road RV and Campground: We were on the road as we are full timers and called for reservations. The young lady was not very friendly and said she had a site we could book so I said okay. Then she said we are busy can I put you on hold but she laid the phone down for fifteen minutes while I could hear all the conversations. She never got back so I hung up and read the reviews which were not good. I booked at another place that had good reviews. I guess there was a reason they had so many openings. So glad Allstays has reviews!

For Hi-Road RV and Campground: We stayed here first week of June 2019. We called the morning before and got a reservation right away. Around $45 for full hookups which is about average for the area.
It has everything one needs in a campground and it’s proximity to Zion can’t be beat. If you are coming from the east, staying here means you don’t have to take your rig through the 1 mile tunnel and all the switchback’s. You come out right at the visitor center where you can park and jump on a shuttle.
The name of the place is now Hi-Road Campground, not ‘Zion Campground’ as listed in the app.

For Hi-Road RV and Campground: Bees. Seriously. So. Many. Bees. I literally got chased by a swarm of bees while trying to take my dishes to the extremely dirty facilities. For $45/night, not being able to leave my tent, and not having any sort of electrical at my campsite is absolutely silly and a waste of money.

For Hi-Road RV and Campground: Stayed here 3 nights in Oct 2017. Hi-Road Campground on sign so wasn't sure we were at the right place initially. Had a pull thru. Very adequate for our 32' RV plus car. Millions of stars at night with no city lights to interfere. No cell service. WiFi was adequate at bathhouse. Did not use the restrooms or laundry. One mile from Zion entrance. Would stay again.
