For Dead Horse Point State Park: This park has it all. GREAT hiking, mountain biking, dark skies at night, ranger talks in the evenings and stunning views. The Wingate campground looks brand new. The only drawback is NO water. You have to fill your freshwater tank in the city. The sites are cement, level, well spaced and electric only. Bathhouse doesn’t have showers but does have flush toilets and dish washing sink for the tent campers. This is an EXCELLENT park and we will definitely return.

For Dead Horse Point State Park: We had a great time here at Dead Horse Point State Park. The hiking trails offered amazing views and the overlook was breathtaking. Our site (40) was a little unleveled, but not too bad. Unfortunately, during our stay it was cloudy and rainy so we weren't able to see the stars at night (the park is a Dark Sky park). For cell service, we fluctuate between 1-2 bars of ATT 5g. We would highly recommend if you are in the area,

For Dead Horse Point State Park: Newer Wingate campground added a couple of years ago. Long level sites w electric. No water to fill RV tank, so bring your own. Modern bathrooms with dishwash station, but no showers. Beautiful views and close to Canyonlands Island in the Sky. Limited phone and marginal internet Verizon).

For Dead Horse Point State Park: Great spot, newly renovated. Clean and well run. Camping price now $40/night and will be increasing to $50/night in 2021 per camp manager. Can’t really beat the remote location with electricity, however!

For Dead Horse Point State Park: Beautiful campground! Views and hikes are amazing and easily accessible! We stayed in the newer wingate campground and site 50 is private, fits big rig and has desert and mountains ias your view sitting by your fire. Highly recommended that site. You have to book exactly 4m in advance to even get a chance at s spot. Call the campground and see exactly what time you have to book that day or else you won’t get a spot. Goodluck!

For Dead Horse Point State Park: Hard to get into without reservations. We were there in early oct. Only 4 walk in sites and once you get one you can extend stay which means 4 no longer available. Enjoyed our stay . Easy to visit canyonland np as well as this state park. Electricity but water not available at site and rationed. $28 a night. Nice visitors center. Dump station
