Kelly

For Sun Outdoors Canyonlands Gateway: Great campground with gas station on site. Very clean, pull through spots. Nice clean PRIVATE bathroom/showers available day or night. Easy drive to Arches or Canyonlands. Outside of Moab so less traffic. Nice gift shop and very nice helpful staff. You are in the Utah desert... there are few trees and not much shade.

Katrin S

For Sun Outdoors Canyonlands Gateway: If you like plenty of space, big open skies, great red cliffs on one side and a distant view of the arches in the other- this place is for you!
The showers are the best you have seen in any RV park ever, small but refreshing pool (about to be enlarged, apparently) and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place!

JamuJoe

For Sun Outdoors Canyonlands Gateway: All facilities seem new or very recently renovated. Fine little pool and splash pad for the kids. Grills and picnic tables on gravel, as are the level groomed pads. The receptionist suggest that I save $5 by taking a smaller site than I had reserved, and listed several pull-throughs to choose from. Good Sam discount brought full hookup for our 23' Airstream to $39. Not bad for Moab! Good convenience store and Chevron station on site.

Jot

For Sun Outdoors Canyonlands Gateway: very few sites with shade on an otherwise large dirt expanse. We went to the trouble of personally reserving two sites in the shade three months in advance of our arrival, only to be told on the day of our arrival the sites had been given away to others. No apology, no discount, no effort to correct their error, just too bad. There are other campgrounds in the area, I suggest you try them.

Jim

For Sun Outdoors Canyonlands Gateway: Nice quiet campground near Canyonlads National Park. Bathrooms clean with private showers. 1 star taken away because of price. $56 a night. Internet is separate fee of $3 a day but cable was included.
