For Leeds RV Park and Motel: Very clean older park. We called while on the road and they had 1 spot available, a large pull thru. Seemed to be mostly long term residents, with a few spots for overnighters. Nice dog area. Has showers and laundry facilities. Also a designated tent area. Each site had a picnic table and full hookups.

For Leeds RV Park and Motel: Glad they were able to get us in the park for an overnight stay as this park is all long termers. Well maintained though. A lot of the residents seem to be working during the day. I could hear a number of dogs barking and whining in rigs, as their owners must of been still at work. My wife and our dogs were charged by a couple of unleashed dogs. No harm, just rattled. Nice dog park area. Stayed Nov 2020

For Leeds RV Park and Motel: We made an impromptu stop on our way south. The camp host was very nice and helpful. Large sites we were able to park our TT and Ram 2500 side by side. The spots are gravel but fairly level. Clean washroom facilities. Would stay here again.

For Leeds RV Park and Motel: Very nice, quiet rv park. The pull thru site we stayed at was easy to get into and out of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a little ways to the dumpster. But it wasn't too bad. The free wifi was strong, fast, and stable. We didn't try the park tv cable. The laundry, and showers while small, were clean and well maintained. There is a nice rec area that is just right for the size of the park. Very close to Zion and other national parks. We would definitely stay here again.

For Leeds RV Park and Motel: Great stay. We appreciated the nice wide sites, concrete patio, great table. Laundry and showers much above any we’re used before. We had a pull-thru site. Also very quiet , some shade, spacious and well kept, and wireless worked!!

For Leeds RV Park and Motel: Kurt & Janet are both super nice/accommodating. The park is very well kept...spacious...really nice green grass dog area. We were in one of the new spaces...pull thru...nice concrete pad with picnic table and in the evening our own lighted lamp. We would definitely come back for another stay in the future. Thanks Kurt & Janet!!

For Leeds RV Park and Motel: This was a one night stop for us but would have no problem with staying longer. Very friendly, great bathrooms, great laundry and very nice lounge. Located close to highway but far enough away so road noise is not a problem. All sites had some shade.
