For Beaver Camperland: Stayed one night in 40 ft motorhome towing truck in April 2024 . Andy in office assigned us site 25. It was long and level. Did not need to unhook truck. Park was quiet. Easy on and off 1-15
It has a lot of long term residents. However, we had no issues Would stay again.

For Beaver Camperland: There were five open sites. Saw a lot of big propane tanks.Guys working on cars. It looks so unsafe. I had a bad feeling so we left went to the KOA.

For Beaver Camperland: 3//30/19-Just needed a site for one night. Easy on and off I-15. It was very quiet and had full hook-ups, frost on the ground when we woke up. Little playground and a pool. Sites are level and spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Owner very nice. Basic campground, close to I-15 but no noise from the highway, was very quiet. $33.00 with Good Sam discount.

For Beaver Camperland: We have stayed there twice and are planning to visit often. The office is helpful and most of the sites have shade. It's not fancy but is is a quiet place to stay.

For Beaver Camperland: We stayed here 5 weeks in August and Sept 2018. Several permanent residents. Even on Labor day this place was far from full. Even number sites face east, odd numbers face west. The office area is well groomed and there are flower pots lining the driveway. Deer roam in one area in the evening. The laundry room is clean and 4 washers, 4 dryers. Owner never bothers campers. All sites are pull through and have enough length for the longest rigs. If you have your own wifi, it works pretty well as does the cell service. Shade trees. Nice sunsets.There is no dog park. The ladies room was out of service the whole time we were there. 2 dryers did not have a full heat cycle and the washers did not have hot or warm water. Wifi from the office did not reach our site. Property was not manicured at all except where permanents took care of their own space.
The town of Beaver with most services is nearby and the mostly LDS population is friendly and helpful.

For Beaver Camperland: Nice shaded sites. Rustic low key vibe. Fresh eggs available from on-site chickens. Pool is not operating. Bathrooms so-so cleanliness.
