For Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park: Appears to be mostly long term residents. Some sites have nice, level concrete pads although the pads are slightly above grade creating trip hazard. Some other sites are unlevel, spongy loose gravel especially lakefront sites. MH jack pads never really hit hard ground nor did rig level out. Asphalt roads around sites need major patching. Pea gravel roads are slightly better. Leaning trees at RV park entrance after driving through park model area need trimming. Have to drive down middle of road. Staff friendly and effective. On-site propane good but loop road to tank is tight turn for larger rigs. Services work well and positioned ok to allow for tow/towed vehicle in site. Resident hawks a treat. Wooden site tables on concrete pads. Unfortunately means tables placed at corner and edge of site.

For Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park: Fabulous place to stay! Well kept, clean, and level concrete pads. The amenities are great, nice pool to cool off in and a spa to rest the muscles in after a long days drive. Highly recommend.
They also provided 20% discount to military/retired. They had other discounts available.

For Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park: One star because of policy. They have a strict 10yr rv age policy. Even though we have stayed at places like this after sending pics and getting approval with no issues, these guys are even more strict than the luxury rv parks we stayed at in wine country with the same policy and 2-3 times the cost. Don’t be so snoody when you are 45min out of town and there are respectful, clean rv’ers willing to pay good money to stay in their “older†rigs.

For Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park: November 2020: Nice quiet and friendly RV park. Sites are all level, large and well maintained. Bathrooms are spotless. Yes, it caters to the over 50 crowd, but families with young children were here during our stay and there were no rules that I saw against children. In fact, when we asked about having a day guest, staff said no problem and there would not be any additional charge. Definitely a come backer for us!

For Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park: this resort is clean and organized. However, the resort is NOT kid friendly. Way too many rules that prevent their guests from enjoying their stay. I would not recommend this RV place for anyone with children. It is also 45 min away from Dallas. The staff is friendless. The pictures show a much nicer resort than it actually is. It is also expensive for what they are offering.
