For Schulenburg RV Park: We stayed here overnight in a class B. Very friendly, helpful staff. We paid $32.50 with Good Sam discount. This apparently included an additional charge for Internet, per my receipt. This is a very neatly manicured campground. Roads and pads are a very compacted pea gravel with grass in between sites. Many nice, well trimmed shade trees around the park. We were taken to our site and help was volunteered, if we should need any. Our site was quite level and the others looked as good. Full hookups with cable for local channels plus TWC, Fox and CSPAN. Cell and Data service was very good in the area. Did not need their wifi since we have our own data plan with Verizon. Various local places to eat with a Dairy Queen right next door. Very good hot fudge sundae!
Small, clean laundromat with 3 washers and 3 dryers and folding table connected to a row of 4 individual, unisex shower/toilet facilities...with one handicapped unit. All were neat and clean....fabric shower curtains, accessory rack, knobs to hang things and bench to sit on.
We travel with two small dogs and this campground had a nice, clean area to walk around. No specific dog area. The morning that we left, there was a thunderstorm. It could have been a really muddy, yucky experience but it was just wet....a very clean wet! Nothing was tracked into our RV from the dogs morning walk or hubby unhooking the RV because of the pea gravel and the place being so well maintained.
We won't hesitate to stay here again!

For Schulenburg RV Park: Nice people, convenient location. Campground staff very helpful on local attractions and things to see. Some sites are tight but others can handle large rigs. We stayed in a 25 foot trailer and had no problems with the site they recommended, although it was one of the tighter sites. I'd stay there again.

For Schulenburg RV Park: Tight for big rigs, but can be done with care. Parking sites are just barely long enough for a 40' motorcoach to have enough space to park a detached towed car. If the park is crowded this may be a problem. Otherwise the park is comfortable, and well maintained by a crew of work campers. The family of work campers and park owners are friendly to the point that we were sad to leave this park. We will return again next year even if Schulenburg is not on our direct path to our wintering park.
