For Circle W RV Ranch: Camper beware! There are new owners, which means new management and this is no longer the best RV park in Rockport. There have been so many changes it’s hard to keep up with them, so many promises made, and broken, that just about the only people that will be returning for next winter season are the ones that are land locked.
It is beyond my capabilities to comprehend why a LLC would come into a region that depends on the income generated by the “Winter Texans†and do everything they can to discourage them from coming back. The regional manager was even overheard calling the guests “trailer park trashâ€. Which just proves she has no concept of what RV life is all about.
They keep promoting a family friendly park, but fired the only man in the park with young kids.
The park is overrun with stickers and fire ants. And it’s your responsibility to buy what it takes to keep it out of your yard.
Several of us have reached out to corporate voicing our concerns and IF we received a reply it was a canned one patting us on the head telling us not to worry, they had everything under control.
When we moved here 4 years ago we were home, we were done with traveling. We had a great spot and got involved in almost every activity they offered. We sold our tow vehicle and bought a SUV. Now we have to pay someone to move us out of here, our home, because these people just don’t understand what Winter Texan means and they’re not interested in having them in their park. So sad.

For Circle W RV Ranch: This was our first campground ever and we fell in love with the place, the people, the hospitality.
No words to describe it. They have several activities and it’s super nice to hear stories of experienced travelers in the hot tub.
Loved everything.

Dick
For Circle W RV Ranch: First off the staff were great. All were very helpful, polite, & they tried to organize activities for everyone to enjoy. The club house was nice also. I rate them 5 stars. But the park I gave 3 stars. Part of this park looks to be an old mobile home park. Most of the sites have concrete, level pads & there are a few nice, pull through, sites. But most are close & hard to get into especially with the narrow roads. By the time most of the RVs (36') got their vehicles parked in their site, their vehicles were right on the edge of the pad next to the road. The roads are only about 8' wide & the turns are tight. Not much clearance for arriving and departing RVs. Now I was driving a 40' class A motorhome so I was big. But the staff helped guide me in & get parked. Anything around 34' would fit right in easily. The park was clean & maintained well. It's a shame the roads & sites were not designed & laid out better. We were only here for 4 days so the RV Club discounts made the stop worth it.

Circus Infant
For Circle W RV Ranch: Poorly maintained. Mowing schedule is terrible. Just clueless people. The pads had a dangerous drop off on many....just not done right.
