For Pioneer Beach Resort: Stayed here 3 days for Christmas 2027. Great park good beach access, clean restrooms and showers, friendly helpful staff. Great destination resort. Will stay longer next time.

The front desk lady is most unfriendly.
First time ever had a front desk clerk rip me a new one for asking a question about golf carts on the property. Even my wife stood there with her jaw dropping to the floor. Rude
Nickel and dime you with extra costs on top of rate.
WiFi is a 5 out of 10 or hit and miss.
The bath house has that old musky smell. Could use a little updating to make it useful.
There are way to many other places to stay to have to be treated like crap.
Spaces are some what tight.
Most people are snowbirds.
Lots of stuff to do if you are in the clicks.
I do believe if you stay for months you might get better treatment.
We will stay at another RV park next time.
Gave them 2 stars because of the beach proximity.
It's about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach via a boardwalk.
Golf cart rental is $75 per day.
Rent a Jeep from enterprise for $39 per day go the same places.

For Pioneer Beach Resort: Nice place. Busy. Friendly staff. Beach access is difficult without a golf cart. Nice pool for kids. Weekend breakfast.
