For Colorado Landing RV and Mobile Home Park: We rode out the pandemic from November 2020 til May 2021 at Colorado Landing. There is a combination of permanent people and travelers. The staff is very accommodating. We were not sure how long we would be staying, due to covid, and they were quite flexible. The spots are spacious, wifi and cable are good. Downtown Lagrange is minutes away, so you have access to groceries and shopping. I love the swings. There are 4 throughout the park and it is relaxing being able to walk and stop and swing awhile. They have 2 dog parks. One is huge. I liked that they would not allow any political signage or flags to be displayed. Kept the drama out. We will return, I am sure. Highly recommend. We have a 38 foot motorhome.

For Colorado Landing RV and Mobile Home Park: Nice and quiet, wide interior roads. Easy drive to Round Top antique shops.

For Colorado Landing RV and Mobile Home Park: Website has not been updated since hurricane harvey 2017. There is no fishing pier no walking to the river and no river access from the park. The RV sites are large and the grass is amazing. Plenary of space in between spaces, however the spaces are no longer paved. There is a huge dog park and also a small one. The full timers are super friendly (seems like a retirement community). The office staff was also awesome and the rates are reasonable. Town is small and none of the places we ate had decent food, margaritas were on point though. Pool was clean but small so water was warm as you might expect in south Texas.

For Colorado Landing RV and Mobile Home Park: Each site is quite long and wide with grassy area. The roads are paved as are the RV spots. Owners are friendly and helpful. Verizon phone service was decent. Cable TV was included in the price. We saw deer on the grounds. Water did not taste good. Laundry consisted of only one washer and one dryer.
