For Cicada Springs RV Park: Very nice RV park, quiet and secluded even though it's in town. It has its own private gate access to a huge park with lots of walking paths and trails. There is no playground or pool for kids, and it seems like it is mostly an older crowd and military. But the campground is kid and pet friendly without too many rules. It is less than 10 minutes to Fort Hood. We'll stay there again if we are in the area.

For Cicada Springs RV Park: Great find! Level Concrete slabs, full hook ups, Internet, access to hiking trail, friendly owner manager.
