For Jetstream RV Resort: Stayed Sept 2022-Dec 2022 while working in the area. It was recently purchased and the name changed from Advanced RV Resort to Jetstream RV Resort -Pearland. Lots of nice renovations are in the works. The pull thru site for our 42’ fifth wheel and dually with extra room. Very quiet which surprised us with being close to the highway. It’s close to shopping Walmart, H-E-B, Kroger, Target, Sam’s Club, Costco, etc. Will stay again when in the area.

For Jetstream RV Resort: My brother and I (Hampton) stayed here for one month. Very nice park and I especially enjoyed that has a gate into large city park, my dog & I used twice daily. The extra large concrete pad was level with a side grassy area . The management team are great. The park is quite and good lighting at nite . I will stay here again.

For Jetstream RV Resort: Friendly office staff. Grounds clean. Nice laundry rooms. Nice pool. Many trees offer shade. Many seasonal who are friendly and keep their site clean and groomed. However the site are very small. Really small.

Flaming Eager Mouse
For Jetstream RV Resort: They say pet friendly and have dog areas but they are not very nice about. Just bad management.

For Jetstream RV Resort: Great place. We really enjoyed the regional park that is attached at the back.
There is a very nice Dog park about a mile walk away in the park. There are lots of planned activities. Park is very clean.
I believe the high ratings are acurate.

For Jetstream RV Resort: I don't understand his this park gets such a high rating. It is very clean and very well maintained, but is basically a concrete jungle. The back-in sites are so short and narrow, there is hardly any space to sit outside. No room to park your vehicle other than on side of motorhome and the slides almost touch vehicle. On the other side, the neighbor's cars are almost touching our slide. We are backed in and looking at several empty pull throughs - very disappointed as we thought we were getting a pull through. WiFi isn't good at all but they have a disclaimer on their website that they aren't responsible for Wifi service! Highway traffic noise is very loud all hours of night!!!
