For Bending Oaks Ranch RV Resort: We really liked this resort. Based on reviews, we didn’t expect it to be as nice as it is!!! First plus, no kids!!! After spending almost 2 months on the road and staying in parks with kids running everywhere with little to no supervision, it’s so nice to get to a park that is quiet. It is gravel sites but they are spacious, and clean. There are feral cats in the area but they are working on taming them, spaying and adoption program for them. I really commend them for that. There is road noise but mainly during the day so not a problem for us. All employees were wonderful and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again! We travel in a class A Motorhome

For Bending Oaks Ranch RV Resort: Clean and convenient to Fredricksburg and Luckenbock. Don’t go 1 mile over their posted 5mph speed limits or they will be waiting at your site to discuss at the first opportunity. There were at least 50-75 cats (maybe more) running freely around the park.

For Bending Oaks Ranch RV Resort: We have stayed here several times in the past. It’s right on Hwy 290 so very noisy but convenient to Fredericksburg. We were nearby in June 2021and saw all the KOA signage has been removed. This is something else now.

For Bending Oaks Ranch RV Resort: Starting with ⭐️⭐️⭐️ as a baseline. Spaciousness -⭐️ (standard crammed-in pull through, premium sites are available). Campsites -⭐️ (gravel sites. Our site had the sewer hook up in front of the water and electricity) Road noise -⭐️ (highways on the west and the north). Proximity to restaurants and shops +⭐️. No interaction with staff due to COVID-19. Cleanliness +⭐️. This is pretty much your standard commercial RV park where revenue minus cost equals profits, so owners are motivated to cover the ground as best as they can with campers and minimize expenses. We stayed four nights to visit Fredericksburg.

For Bending Oaks Ranch RV Resort: Beware. I’d give them zero stars. These KOA operator are predatory in nature. Their game is creating guidelines that are NOT consistent with a KOA. Their scam is to sell their sites multiple times. They even called and canceled me - then banged my CC for 2 nights claiming I cancelled. Then won’t allow me to even stay there after charging my CC. The owners are crazy and unethical. Too many other options in the area. These folks are common thieves.

For Bending Oaks Ranch RV Resort: Stayed here two nights while touring the area. Very easy check in and friendly staff . Grounds are very well kept and the laundry room and bathrooms were very clean. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the area. Great location too!

For Bending Oaks Ranch RV Resort: Discriminatory - went through the the whole booking process then Bruce asked if I had a pet (i have a service dog) and then discriminated against the breed while and hung up on me refusing to continue with my reservation once i explained it is illegal to turn me away based on that. Simply terrible to treat someone with a disability. Frustrating when things like this happen based on sheer ignorance.
