For Texana Park and Campground Former State Park: Beautiful park, tent camped at site 94 then at 96, these are great spots with a hot shower across the street, anywhere in here is a great spot, they will let you drive through and pick out a spot if it’s not reserved already for your dates. Very clean, very beautiful park, love it here. Deer and animals roam the park all times of day, security patrols all times of day, been quit here so far, mid December so not peak season.

For Texana Park and Campground Former State Park: Date of visit 7/28-30/17
First time here with our very own camper.
Have also stayed with friends in their camper. Very nice park. Paved spaces, mostly lots of shade as it's an older (ex state park) with lots of mature trees. However there will be several with little or no shade. All have picnic table and fire ring and small BBQ grill. Firewood available as well as ice. Full and partial hookups. Toilets and showers available very clean. Several herd of deer in park. They visit the out skirts of the sites. Highly recommended. Good Sam park.

For Texana Park and Campground Former State Park: Nice open campsite, Easter weekend so very busy, one of the bath houses got trashed, other were ok, stayed in our Aliner, would/will stay again.
