For University RV Park: We are full-timers who travel a lot and have stayed in many rv parks. This is by far the worst we have experienced. Sites are mud and dirt, crowded, unkempt, sewer smells, stagnant lake, poor management overall. Many permanent residents. Very junky appearance and very loud highway noise.

Working Dog
For University RV Park: Passing thru College Station and looking for a good RV park for our next visit. This is not it, this is just a trailer park for RV's and not a place I would consider even for an over nighter.
