For Beachcomber Park: RENTER BEWARE:
Reserved a monthly space 6/4 to 7/4, 2017 @ $325.00 month. Two weeks after settling in, the Manager tells me he prorates until the end of June and then charges daily rates beginning 7/1. Really! He then billed us for the electrical during days he was charging daily rates. This manager is simply either a crook or totally incompetent.
Two sides of the area are barricaded with 8' tall solid metal fencing which restricts any breeze.
Most front row sites are long term older mobile homes.
The manager raises pigs directly behind his house, and to access the lake or dispose of trash, you must pass beside these pigs and smell the aroma.
We had to ask him to weed eat the 6" high grass around our site.
We were awakened on numerous occasions (6:30- 7:00 am) with the sound of machinery and equipment running in high gear.
There are no rules here, people do not pick up after there pets and basically you can do whatever you want.
Steer clear of this place if you want to enjoy Mother Nature and the water.
