For Shady Creek RV Park and Storage: We were here to visit family and friends in the area. Nice, large pool, and a patio to hang out. They had great bathrooms. Wish there was more shade.

For Shady Creek RV Park and Storage: Way too expensive for what is provided. Our spot was near a gym which had loud music playing early in the morning. Laundry area was clean. Propane fill seemed expensive as well, typically it costs half of that. WiFi did not work good at all, no streaming allowed. Electricity was extra as well. Wouldn't be my first choice to stay again, if passing through again I'd go to another to try out.

For Shady Creek RV Park and Storage: Great place to stay for longer than a day or two. Large rock gravel pads and grass side yards make it cozy. Pool is nice but no jacuzzi. Workout room is ok - older equipment. Laundry and showers are great. Friendly staff and clean.

For Shady Creek RV Park and Storage: Nice clean park with paved roads and level gravel pads. Park is big rig friendly with ample room in pads with extra parking at the front of the pads. There are no pull thrus, but I had no problem backing in my 38' 5th wheel. Hookups are all in a good location and in excellent shape. Park is very pet friendly with a nice walking trail and fenced dog park. Many young trees between spaces and nice mature trees along the creek and fence lines. Very quiet peaceful park that is close to Walmart, a medical clinic, gas stations, & restaurants. Throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

For Shady Creek RV Park and Storage: This is a nice and clean RV park. My only significant complaints is about the Wi-Fi. In my experience using Windows 10 I was unable to reliably use their wireless system while following their written directions and tech support. I occasionally connected only to see their webpage continue to load for a long time and then when I tried to go to my own email account I would be disconnected. Now I'm trying to find another option

C & D's Landmark
For Shady Creek RV Park and Storage: Very nice RV Park off highway 380 about 6 miles west of the Dallas North Tollway. Well-kept park but very little shade. Nice fire pit area and swimming pool. Annette in the office does a great job keeping track of reservations and the many long-term residents that are in the park. You will need to book far in advance for your stay as the park stays full. They were very accommodating with packages that we received and there was enough space for extra vehicles in addition to our F-450.
They are building new premium sites, which will expand the park greatly, but have been delayed because of the heavy spring/summer rains in the area. Creek areas did flood a bit in the heavy rains, but dried fairly quickly, as is typical for Texas this time of year.
We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area visiting family.
