For Pine Mountain RV Park: Beautiful campground. Concrete pads and additional space for car. Clean grounds, bathrooms, individuals shower separated from bathrooms, and laundry. Customer service was exceptional. Pigeon Forge trolley pickup was across the street. Will stay ever time I come to the Pigeon Forge.

For Pine Mountain RV Park: Beautiful RV park. Quiet, conveniently located, friendly staff allowed early check in. Concrete parking pad with nice landscaping. Only negative is the short length of pull throughs(about 40’) requiring tow vehicle be parked on patio. Spacing between spots was good. I will book a back-in spot along the river next time. Good wifi, was able to stream Netflix. I will return again.

For Pine Mountain RV Park: The good: beautifully maintained, close to the main drag of Pigeon Forge.
The so so: bathrooms while very nice they were cleaned at prime usage time of the morning. The store lacks items, though in their defense the local shopping competition is close and fierce.
The bad: Unless you love camping with your truck in your face and space, don’t book the middle sections. Book the out side spots and creek spots. The spots are so small and all are relatively close. Granted you aren’t in the area to just hang out at your camper all day, though it is nice to use the space for breakfast and evenings.

For Pine Mountain RV Park: This place place is awesome! Nice spacious spots with Concrete pads, nice lawns and mature trees. Grassy areas beside each spot to put up our gazelle gazebo. The grounds are well maintained. Nice, helpful staff. Children friendly and Pet friendly as well. Showers and restrooms were excellent, needing a key code to gain access to any of them. The central location to the Parkway is ideal for those who want to make forays into town. Yet far enough away to enjoy the quite. Police and Fire station nearby, personally, I really liked this. I never heard a siren during my stay. In my best terminator, “I’ll be backâ€.

For Pine Mountain RV Park: "BAD TABITHA....NO RESERVATIONS FOR YOU"
First off my husband and I have been staying at this particular RV park for the past 4 years (Pine Mountain RV Park). This is the second year we have come up with several other couples ....we usually come and stay around Christmastime for a month...
The park is amazing. I cannot say enough great things about it. It is well maintained
and has excellent amenities (bathroom/showers/laundry room)and is close to everything. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their park and it shows.
Now the customer service we received from TABITHA was less than stellar.
Our friends had to check out early, but had attempted to renew their reservations for next year the night before. They were told by the employee sitting at the front desk that he was unable to check people in or out and the only thing he could do was complete purchases made inside the store. But he did inform our friends that he would leave a note for the people in the morning.
Seeing our friends had to leave before the front office opened, we told them that we would make sure that their reservations were taken care of.
TABITHA (the Assistant Manager) told us that because our friends had left the park that their reservations for the following year could not be fulfilled as they had already left the property. We attempted to explain to her that they had tried renewing their reservations when they had checked in but were told they had to wait till check out to do that. TABITHA then began to chastise us and tell us that our friends should have come by when she or Dwayne were there as the other employees there were not competent enough to make reservations.
TABITHA refused to listen to me and continued to "over talk" me and when I attempted to explain to her that there were no signs on the door that indicated only she and Dwayne could renew or make reservations she became indignant and told me to leave the property immediately.
Unfortunately Dwayne was not there to speak to and the end result was that all of us (4 couples = 4 campsites) cancelled our reservations for the following year and we have elected to spend our month long camping trip in December elsewhere.
While getting a copy of our cancellation we asked for TABITHA's name. She outright refused to give it to us. Another employee actually gave us her name and apologized for the way she had treated us.
Looking back we should have known better as this was literally a repeat from last year when we renewed our reservations with the same employee.
It makes us extremely sad as we really loved this park and would have really wanted to stay there again....but to deal with such an ignorant, incompetent and misguided individual such as TABITHA ..... we have decided to stay at a place where we don't have to fight and beg them to stay at their park.

For Pine Mountain RV Park: One of the nicest RV parks in Pigeon Forge. Nice big spots, immaculate restrooms and nice staff. Overall the place is generally quiet but just up the hill are the police and fire depts, so, you get a few sirens around the clock. The cable is all Standard Definition which should be HD for this price. Lastly, the Wifi is horrible. Strong signal throughout the park but most of the time there is no internet connection. We were there for 10 days and probably had internet for a collective 1 day total.
