For T.O. Fuller State Park: We stayed overnight on a cool and breezy day and did not smell sewer like previous reviewers mention. There is a beautiful little playground for children behind our site, #18. Out 43-foot motorhome and towed fit nicely, but the site is sloped, so it was hard not to lift the tires to level, but it worked okay. The park is clean and quiet. We did not use the bathrooms, so can't comment on that. Verizon was between one and two blips, almost useless. Trees on approach from 55 need some trimming, but no damage. In the campground trees were beautiful. The surrounding neighborhood is jaw-dropping bad, though. We almost turned around to find somewhere else. Even a quick run to a local store for a water filter was cringe-worthy. So while we would be willing to come back in the future, it would probably be one of those if-can't-find-better scenarios. It's sad such a beautiful park is surrounded by such squalor.

For T.O. Fuller State Park: Be warned. Right now the ladies washroom is closed for renovation. The men's was open and filthy. With 1 of 2 showers operable and 1 of 2 toilets not blocked. On top of this it was closed from 10pm to 6am, then they were rostering 6am to 8am men, then 8am to 10am women etc what a crazy scenario. The park is ok and good proximity to Beale st. I don't think the toilets will be finished this summer, be warned

For T.O. Fuller State Park: I would have given this 4 stars as I was pleased with the cleanliness of the woman’s shower/bathroom and laundry but when my husband exited the men’s room he went on and on how dirty and unkept it was. This criticism is so unlike him. The same individual can’t be cleaning both facilities. Whom ever cleans the men’s area needs some training and oversight

For T.O. Fuller State Park: Booked 3 nights but left after 2. Would have left after the first night but had tickets to see Sheryl Crow in concert there. The smell was AWFUL! With the heat and humidity and the smell of sewage it was nauseating. The only reason I am giving one star is that the electric and water worked. Didn’t use the bathhouse as it looked a bit run down.

For T.O. Fuller State Park: This is a great overnight spot if you need a place in the metro Memphis area. We were thinking we would overnight at a Cracker Barrel in West Memphis until we found this SP on All Stays. Shows how All Stays pays for itself!
The SP is 10 minutes off I55, right before it crosses the Mississippi into Arkansas. Even if your rout is I40, it is not really out of the way as the two interstates meet up again right inside Arkansas.
The park was nice, lots of trees for shade. Electric and water. Restrooms were old but clean. The SP is 10 minutes off I55, set back in a forest, no road noise. We would definitely stay again.

For T.O. Fuller State Park: We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of April. It rained most of our time here, but we made the best of it. Noticed the sewer smell on occasion, but didn’t ruin our visit. Got Lyft rides from here into downtown Memphis. It really is a nice little park. The trails got muddy in the rain, and a bit slippery. We hiked to the Chucalissa Museum, which is a really cool historical site. We would definitely stay here again.
Also, internet and cell signals are pretty bad, dropped a few calls.
