For Express RV Park: Stay away unless you like ferrel cats (21 at last count) or you're operating a mobile meth lab. Mostly seasonal or permanent residents by the looks of the unroadworthy rigs. Residents are prone to park in the already narrow roads. If you're able to get in, getting out may be a problem. Good news is; you could probably stay free due to the inattentiveness of the staff.

For Express RV Park: You can find better campgrounds for the price. ($32). Stayed here 1 night. Walked the road to find the best way out of here, and found a handful of nails.
Very tight spaces, not very level. Beware if you have a rig over 26 ft. you will be challenged to get out of your site when you're ready to leave.
