For Greenbrier Campground: This is the most well kept campground I have been to. All sites have trees, some more / less shaded. Lots of landscaping and flowers. Good camp store, polite staff. There is a free trolley ride to Gatlinburg. Many places to access the river to swim, some are isolated so you can have some privacy. Good wifi and cable TV.

For Greenbrier Campground: A very nice campground overall. Quiet. Good spacing between most sites. River views just about everywhere. Lots of activities for the kiddies. The bathrooms are some of the best I've seen at any campground. Clean, large stalls, and great water pressure. Most sites seem to be pretty level but ours wasn't. Close enough to major attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and they even have a trolley stop four times a day to the campground to take you to downtown Gatlinburg if that's your thing.

For Greenbrier Campground: Beautiful campground. Other reviews are accurate. However, we stayed a week, paid a very high price for a “Premium On-River†spot, and barely had a trickle in the stream. Only the “Super-Premium†spots are guaranteed a view of the main river. The majority of the spots are “Premium On-riverâ€, yet there will only be a visible river if the main river is swollen. These so-called premium on-river sites are only on a branch of the river when the water is high. Very misleading. From most of the sites the view is a mostly dry river bed.

For Greenbrier Campground: We didn’t get to stay at the park because they had a flash flood the week we were going to stay at this park so they had to cancel our reservation but they told us about other parks that still had some sites that were open and we stayed a little farther away from Gatlinburg. Drove through the park a couple of times and it looked like they were getting everything cleaned up pretty well. The water in the stream was running really fast so we wouldn’t have been able to float down the.river anyway. If we go back to Gatlinburg we will try to stay there.

The Baes
For Greenbrier Campground: Late March 2022 - WOW! This place is amazing. We only stayed 2 nights, wish we had stayed longer. The entire property is immaculate. Probably the nicest bathhouses I’ve ever used. No need to use the motorhome shower! There is a large area in the middle with a lot of things for the kids to do. Seemed to be a lot of activity in the pavilion as well. Purpose of our trip was to visit Gatlinburg, wished we could have had an extra day or 2 to enjoy the campground. Everything was A+ start to finish.

For Greenbrier Campground: Absolutely love this place. Our second trip here. Parked on the River site. Quiet running waters are right out our door. The staff is friendly , the facilities are in top shape and they are continually dressing things up. Lots of new tree and bush plantings. People here seem to love to camp rather than set up trashy displays like other parks. Lots for kids. This will always be one of our favorites.
