For Lorne Calvert Campground: Ok sites but bathroom not in good repair. Women’s washroom out of toilet paper at 3 pm in afternoon.

For Lorne Calvert Campground:
Close to downtown
Bathrooms grungy and “well worn”
Staff friendly and helpful
Campsite requires maintenance and attention to grounds such as mowing, weed control, refinishing of picnic tables
Garbage pickup.
Campsite looks like it is not well managed.

For Lorne Calvert Campground: A nice park setting away from traffic and the highway. Our site backed on to the river. There are walking and cycling paths close by. It takes about 20 minutes to walk downtown. The wifi is only accessible by the office and there is no on site laundry. If you are lucky you will see the Snowbirds flying.

For Lorne Calvert Campground: This is a nice clean family park. It's across the street from the Kiwanis Activity Center so access to a big picnic area as well as tables and various places in the park itself. The price is right. We paid $34 per night and it is May 2017. I would recommend this park to anyone either passing through or for a few days of fun & relaxation.

For Lorne Calvert Campground: August 2016. Water advisory due to nearby construction. Good stop along highway 1. Park with walking paths.
