For The Bay at Grand River Casino: The bay campground is pleasant, well-maintained, sites nicely spaced. Water and electric available. Unfortunately, washrooms locked up, perhaps, prematurely, in anticipation of winter weather. to register at the lodge, and then drive back to the campground.

For The Bay at Grand River Casino: Regular campground not yet open on March31, 2022. Casino has a parking area, gravel, fairly level with some separation between spots with 30/50 amp electric service. Go into hotel portion and pay 7.50$ and they will have you pick your spot and turn on electricity. Casino on hill overlooking lake. No other campers in slots. Right off highway 12 with some road noise. Casino owned by Sioux Tribe. Sitting Bull from this area and memorial down road from Casino. Interesting area with a lot of history. Reservation 6th largest with about 15000 members in 3500 square miles. I had good AT&T mifi service and 5 South Dakota over the air PBS stations. Would have liked to have stayed longer. I enjoyed the restaurant, good food reasonably priced, too much. Scotch 6.50$ a shot only J and B ha! Casino short staffed could not keep workers for long even with $3000 bonus. Transportation apparently difficult on reservation So if you need a little job....

For The Bay at Grand River Casino: Nicely maintained campground. Local indians run it now but it used to Army Corps I believe so it is still busy from people returning based on that. Nice little town nearby too.
