Black Cloud
For Cedar Pond Campground: We called this campground for a reservation as it as a good distnce for us to drive. Person took our name and I said we would be in between 1-2 PM. We arrived. No one was in the office, no one answered the phone, nothing was hanging on the door with our name and there was no campground map.
We took the loop to leave and found the loop was blocked! No signs saying this. We have a Mh+toad.
Luckily someone who lived at the cg came out and moved the blockage and the electric wires that were running across the road. We completed the loop and left.
Very poor customer service and here it is 3 hours later and no call from them. 0 stars would be appropriate.
