For Foster Creek RV Park: Nice quiet level site with full hook-up surrounded by quiet neighborhood. That’s about it, but all we needed. Reasonably close to Downtown Charlestown. Price is right. Wal-Mart groceries within 2 miles.

For Foster Creek RV Park: Nice large sites with full hookups, reasonable drive to Charleston. Great mountain bike trails. Not much for amenities, but if your looking for a nice quiet camping home-base while touring Charleston it checks all the boxes. The staff couldn’t be nicer.

For Foster Creek RV Park: Arrived 6/13/2021 and set up our RV. The next morning the camp host knocked on my door and said I had to take my portable dog fence down. When asked why he said “that’s the rule hereâ€. Finally got a hold of Kim the manager after several tries. Well miss attitude Kim told me she made up the rule because at one point a while back a storm was coming and she personally had to take down the dog fences, she wasn’t going to do it again. Basically she did not want to be inconvenienced! I paid for a week, so I’m staying. If I haven’t already paid I would leave. I told Kim her rule was not fair and wanted to talk to her boss. She refused to give me his info, but told me to go on the base “Ice†page and he would respond. So far it’s been 4 days, no response. Btw, I’d be embarrassed by the condition of this RV park. It’s in total disrepair. The kids play ground is closed and the place is just dirty. Not to mention the grass had not been cut in weeks. Not coming back here. The Navy should come in and see how bad this RV park is and fire Kim!

For Foster Creek RV Park: lovely FamCamp at Joint Base Charleston, Foster Creek SC..... easy to follow driving directions following militarycampgrounds.us Sites were fairly level and unshaded, leaving good satellite reception. Water pressure was good, electric was steady. Good TMobile reception. Camp Host was available and friendly, bringing us our paperwork as soon as we were set up. Reservations and payment are made over the phone, and once approved, you are given your site number. No Gate at this base, just drive in, find your site and set up. But, we were not able to use our Air Force FamCamp frequent camper cash or get our book stamped, as there was no place to sign in....Distant train noises, expected loudspeaker events, but little other than these. Close to housing areas. There is also a fenced dog park for use! Filled with wood chips instead of grass, it was a welcome romp for our pup. Two days of rain produced a bit of standing water but was gone the next day.

For Foster Creek RV Park: With each military Famcamp we stay at, always amazed at how quiet they are. No office to check in to, but the Park Host is on site and greets you as you check in. This is a converted mobile home park so very long concrete strips to set-up on. All are back in sites and facilities are in a portable trailer. All in all a nice spot to park and call home for a couple of weeks

For Foster Creek RV Park: Very nice campground. Spacious and quiet. Concrete camper site and picnic area, although they were different heights. No pull throughs but very wide sites so easy back in. No frills but great water pressure ! Paved street and beautiful grass and trees.
