For Camping Gaspe: My parents camped here, and reported major problems with the electrical. The owner refused to listen when told he has a problem(likely a floating ground)that caused electrical issues in all 4 trailers they were camping with, including a power surge that destroyed our 1 year old xantrex inverter/charger and refrigerator, to the tune of about $1,800 in damages.
They said the campground was very quaint, but the owner's blatant refusal to admit he might have a problem that could cause damage in other trailers, and needed to be investigated, of course turned them off about the campground.
If you choose to camp here, PLEASE- use a surge protector or don't use the electrical.
