For Kiasutha Rec Area: We have been camping in this area for over 40 years and they have done nothing to maintain this campground. They had a nice swimming beach with showers. Now they are closed and have been for years. Showers in campground don’t work most of time. Some just have holes in wall where plumbing used to be. Electric upgrade was started several years ago but never finished.There are piles of stone all over campground but it’s not put on sites so most are muddy when it rains. The only reason we go here is because grandchildren like the “Wilderness “ and there’s a beach and boat launch
Nearby is another campground managed by same company and it is really nice but it has no beach or boat launch.

For Kiasutha Rec Area: Great forest camp. There are some bears around here so watch your food. Will go back some day.
